With a distinguished career in business law, ethics, compliance, corporate governance, sustainability and academia, I have a unique perspective on quality and standards, which I have seamlessly integrated into my passion for olive oil and I am now passionate to follow my ancestors’ traditions.
My professional journey has taken me across various countries, which has enriched my global perspective and cultural insights. My journey into the world of olive oil began during my extensive travels and professional engagements across the world. My interest was piqued by the cultural significance and health benefits of olive oil, leading me to study its production and quality standards meticulously. Leveraging my background in sustainability governance, I developed a keen eye for identifying high-quality EVOO, focusing on factors such as purity, flavor profile, and nutritional benefits.
As an olive oil enthusiast I, supported by my life-partner partner Eva Carpi, a life-coach and integral nutritionist, emphasize the health and well-being benefits of premium EVOO. I advocate for its inclusion in daily diets, citing its rich content of antioxidants and healthy fats that contribute to cardiovascular health and overall wellness.
